Our Story
Detroit Roots, Community Heart
Everhomes LLC was born right here in Detroit — a city that knows something about resilience, reinvention, and community. Our founders, lifelong Detroiters themselves, saw a gap: too many vibrant, independent adults were settling for living situations that didn't match their energy, their ambitions, or their love of life.
So in 2018, we opened our doors with a clear mission: create a community where 62+ adults don't just live — they thrive. Where neighbors become friends, where every morning holds something to look forward to, and where the word "retirement" gets redefined entirely.
